Gerry A. Zimmerman
Gerry A. Zimmerman is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a B.A. degree in History while pursuing a Pre-Med course of instruction. Upon leaving college he served as a U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer for 4 years on active duty and then 16 years in the reserves. After his active duty Naval service, he enjoyed success in sales and management while in the Insurance and Investment business and coaching football. He later went into the Cable TV Industry as an Investment Banker and a Broker and was successful in that business as he personally handled over One Billion Dollars of Cable TV transactions and eventually became president of his own company. Originally hailing from the Washington, D.C. area and Alexandria, Virginia, the author lived in Colorado for 33 years prior to his moving from Vail to his current residence in Scottsdale, AZ in 2004. He enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, traveling, photography, playing the piano, fine wine, gourmet food, surfing the Web and most of all, the company of good friends and interesting people.
